Art Journal: Love is All You Need

This time, I try to do a brush lettering in my own style.

It's kinda hard to do brush lettering actually. I think I'd prefer to do my own typography style. I do my style with all kinds of Sakura decorative pens: Stardust, Aqualip, and Metallic pens for dark color papers. And mix media with Faber Castell's connector pens and some Snowman Drawing Pens in various tip point. For the paper I choose sketch paper, black paper, brown paper, and watercolor paper. It's fun to mix media and try all the various art supplies.

It's been a while since our last Art Journal post. It's the first month of the new year but not the first time of the month since I was taking my day offs and kinda enjoy life while making some working plans for this year.

They say January is a right time to start something good, so I want to make this year better than before so I will start this year with positive vibes. Having faith that many good things happen this year and more blessings we receive each day. Well, I guess it's not the new you, but the better you. Starting today, let's spread love and positive vibes, and make the world a better living.

Art Journal: Doodling While Waiting

Doodling is one of my activity now while waiting my team at the on going project is finished with what they're doing. Despite I am bored, I choose to doodling since it's fun and make the time flies so fast.

Art Journal: What's Popped in My Head Earlier Today?

Today is my another day at the construction site to review all the on going project. Like few days ago, I decided to bring my stack of black papers to the site and start drawing while my team is doing what they have to do.

Lately I've been thinking more about floral and what I can explore from it. Although it seems the same like earlier drawings, but I still need to learn more how to practice my arms to make something good and improving my doodling and sketching skills.

Art Journal: Doodles Before Noodles

Greetings! 💕

It's been a while since my last post about the daily art i make everyday. Sometimes I just don't feel like i'm going to do it. But lately, since I spent most of my times on the construction site doing an interior design (ummm, maybe let;'s call it interior in an outdoor space) project that's still on going, i took my black paper and my Sakura's Gelly Roll Stardust pens in Rainbow colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, magenta, plus pink.

Well, wait for no longer!

These are the two doodles I made while waiting on the project's site. All theme in floral, not because I love floral that much, but since the ideas was popped first in my head when started to do the art (yeah, let's call them art. 😁).

Doodle: Lord Is My Shepard
Lately I've been so interested to Calligraphy and Brush Lettering so I learn all the things by my own from the Instagram and the tutorial from Youtube. Bought the Calligraphy pen and Brush pen earlier today and curious to try it out. And the result is... it's not that easy like they're showing on the Instagram. And this is my hundreds maybe of trying using the Calligraphy pen. Well, continue to learn! :)

Paper Artwork: The Train Journey
Train in Jabodetabek has been my favorite public transportation. No more worries for traffic jam! I enjoy my time in the train, though the train sometime took a long way to go home, but I think it's OK.
